Lately, I have been forgetting a lot of things, and I think some days are worse. Some days I forget my lunch, purse, and water bottle. This can happen up to four times per week. My boyfriend mentioned it might be a good idea to test for memory loss. I just think it’s because I have a lot on my mind, and it induces a high-stress level on me, which in turn sets my anxiety to the roof!  I decided to make a checklist of things I need to get done before going to work.

The first thing I do when I wake up is say a prayer.

After my prayers, I stretch for a few minutes then do a 15 minutes core exercise to fully wake myself up.

Then I feed my cat and clean her litter box.

Next, I start with my hygiene routine; brushing my teeth, showering, etc.

After my hygiene routine is completed, I go downstairs and start packing my lunch and when that’s done, it goes straight to the car along with my purse and water bottle. This last part is important because I tend to forget to do it.

I also try not to rush the morning because I noticed it stresses me out a lot!  This is my second week following this routine and it’s working out great so far. I will keep you guys updated if I mess it up and it’s okay to act surprised lol
